The WDSA-307 dynamic torque sensor is based on the non-contact principle, which can simultaneously measure torque and speed. The torque measurement range includes 0-1 Nm, 0-2 Nm, 0-3 Nm, 0-5 Nm, 0-10 Nm, 0-20 Nm, 0-30 Nm, 0-50 Nm, 0-100 Nm, 0-200 Nm, 0-300 Nm, 0-500 Nm, 0-1000 Nm, 0-1500 Nm, 0-2000 Nm, 0-3000 Nm and 0-5000 Nm.
The speed measurement range is 0-12000 RPM. The torque and speed channels output 0-3.3V/0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA standard analog signals in direct proportion to it. There is no friction between the rotating shaft of the torque measuring instrument WDSA-307 and the signal acquisition device, which is more durable than the torque sensor with a slip ring structure.
The key shafts at both ends of the sensor can be connected with the motor shaft or load shaft through the coupling. During the measurement, the shell of the sensor remains stationary, and the sensor shaft rotates with the motor shaft. The torque meter FYTG is often used in motor power measurement, screw assembly torque monitoring, turbine torque testing, torque fatigue testing, and other applications.
