Product

The VTHP Ultra High Pressure Sensors stands out in the market due to its robust design and innovative one body sensor core This design ensures safety and stability even in ultra high pressure environments making it a reliable choice for critical industrial processes

Ultra High Pressure Transducer

The VORTORQ VTHP510 Ultra High Pressure Sensor is a cutting-edge solution designed to meet the demanding requirements of industries that rely on precise and reliable pressure measurements. This sensor is essential for applications such as high-precision water cutting and waterblast cleaning, where safety and efficiency are paramount.

The VTM pressure transmitter use strain gauges bonded on PH stainless steel SS diaphragm based on micro fused glass frit technology The strain gauges with uniform resistance are obtained by growing an epi silicon layer on a single crystal silicon wafer using epitaxial deposition technique rather than conventional photolithography and etching techniques

Pressure Transducer

VORTORQ® first product is the sputtering thin-film pressure sensors, which offer an extensive range of transducers for pressure measurement in all industrial applications. In addition, we also provide integrated intelligent sensor solutions for use in particularly heavy-duty and demanding environments. Our flagship pressure sensors are flush diaphragm pressure sensors, beam sputtering thin-film pressure sensors, and hydraulic pressure sensors.

Flush Diaphragm Pressure Transducer

Flush Diaphragm Pressure Transmitter is a specific type of pressure transmitter designed to measure pressure in applications where the process media may contain solids, viscous fluids, or where easy cleaning and maintenance are required. Here’s what it typically does: It is commonly used in industries such as food and beverage processing, pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, and chemical processing where cleanliness and reliability are critical.

The FTB series flowmeter contains a magnetic detector and a magnetically permeable rotor impeller The flow of the medium drives the rotor impeller to turn The rotational speed of the rotor impeller is proportional to the flow velocity of the medium Magnetic The detector detects the rotational speed of the rotor and converts it into a standard industrial electrical signal for output or display

FTB200-Turbine Flow Meters

The FTB200 series flowmeter contains a magnetic detector and a magnetically permeable rotor (impeller). The flow of the medium drives the rotor (impeller) to turn. The rotational speed of the rotor (impeller) is proportional to the flow velocity of the medium Magnetic The detector detects the rotational speed of the rotor and converts it into a standard industrial electrical signal for output or display.

FTB400-Turbine Flow Meters

VORTORQ® FTB400 can be used for the measurement of medium and low viscosity media, light fuel oil, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, etc. The optional viscosity compensation function makes FTB400 suitable for media whose viscosity changes with temperature. The impeller of FTB400 series products has more blades than other series products, up to 12 pieces, so it has faster response speed and higher resolution.

FMI200-Mini Electromagnetic Flow Meters

According to Faraday's principle of electromagnetic induction when a conductor passes vertically through magnetic field B, it will induce a voltage. U In the measurement of the flowmeter, the moving conductor is a flowing conducting medium, and the magnetic field B is emitted from the direction perpendicular to the flowing medium. The induced electromotive force U on the two electrodes E1 and E2 is directly proportional to the velocity V of the medium.

“Original and with an innate understanding of their customer’s needs, the team at VORTORQ are always a pleasure to work with.”
