KWR63

Over view

The KWR63 series, a strain-based six-axis force/torque sensor capable of simultaneously detecting three forces and three torques. This sensor measures the relative deformation between the “tool-side flange” and the “main body” caused by applied forces, using resistance strain gauges to detect changes in the sensor’s elastic element. The sensor includes an embedded system that can collect and process signal variations from the strain gauges in real-time, outputting the magnitude and direction of the applied force with high accuracy and responsiveness. When using the sensor, please ensure correct installation to avoid interference with output accuracy.

KWR75

The model KWR75 series is a strain gauge six-axis force/torque sensor that detects three forces and three moments in real time. The sensor detects the relative deformation between the ‘tool side flange’ and the ‘main body’ caused by the applied force, and the change in the sensor’s elastic unit could be measured based on the principle of strain electric measurement. The sensor contains an embedded system that collects and processes the signal changes from strain gauges and outputs the magnitude and direction of the applied force in real time, providing high accuracy and responsiveness.

The model KWR96 series is a strain gauge six-axis force/torque sensor that detects three forces and three moments in real time. The sensor detects the relative deformation between the ‘tool side’ and the ‘main body’ caused by the applied force, and the change in the sensor’s elastic unit could be measured based on the principle of strain electric measurement. The sensor contains an embedded system that collects and processes the signal changes from the strain gauges and outputs the magnitude and direction of the applied force in real-time, providing high accuracy and responsiveness.

KWR116

Over view

The KWR116 series model is a six-axis force/torque sensor equipped with strain gauges that detects three forces and three moments in real time. It measures the relative deformation between the “tool side” and the “main body” caused by applied forces. This deformation results in changes to the sensor’s elastic unit, which are measured using the principles of strain electrical measurement.

The sensor features an embedded system that collects and processes signals from the strain gauges, providing real-time output of both the magnitude and direction of the applied force with high accuracy and responsiveness. To ensure optimal performance, please install the sensor correctly to avoid interference with its output.

KWR168

Over view

The KWR168 series is a strain gauge six-axis force/torque sensor capable of simultaneously detecting three forces and three moments. This sensor measures the relative deformation between the “actuator mounting surface” and the “robot arm mounting surface” caused by the applied forces, using strain gauges to detect changes in the sensor’s elastic unit.

Equipped with an embedded system, the sensor collects and processes signal changes from the strain gauges in real time, providing immediate output of both the magnitude and direction of the applied forces with high precision and responsiveness. To ensure optimal measurement results, please install the sensor correctly.

KWR200

Over view

The KWR200 series model is a six-axis force/torque sensor that employs strain gauges to detect three forces and three moments in real time. It measures the relative deformation between the “tool side” and the “main body” resulting from the applied force, with changes in the sensor’s elastic unit assessed using the principles of strain gauge measurement.

Equipped with an embedded system, the sensor collects and processes signal variations from the strain gauges, providing real-time output of both the magnitude and direction of the applied forces. This results in high accuracy and responsiveness. To ensure optimal performance, please install the sensor correctly to prevent any interference with its output.
